First Holy Communion

First Holy Communion Sacramental Programme 2027

Eligible candidates are invited from children who will be in Years 3 to 6 in September 2026. Applicants must be baptised Catholics and attend Mass at either Our Lady Help of Christians, Mottingham or St Patrick’s Chislehurst.

 

This year application forms are available for collection from OLHC Mottingham on:

    
• Saturday 6pm Mass: 13, 20, 27 June and 4, 11 July

    

• Sundays 11.15am Mass: 21, 28 June and 5, 12, 19, 26 July

All completed application forms must be submitted to the catechists and include two photographs — one of the applicant and another with their family/carer with whom they attend weekly Mass.

 

Please note we only accept paper applications.

The deadline for completed forms is Sunday 9 August 2026.

PLEASE DO NOT HAND YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION FORMS TO FR MARIO.

Late applications will not be accepted.

 

Confirmation

Confirmation Sacramental Programme 2026.

Applications are now open to parishioners attending OLHC Mottingham and St Patrick’s Chislehurst. Candidates should be in secondary school, must be at least in Year 8 or turning 12 years old by 31st December 2025. For information and application forms, please email mottinghamconfirmation@rcaos.org.uk. Closing date for submission of completed application forms: 14th December 2025.
